Hudhud is software that helps a merchant receive and answer customer messages across WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger, and turn those conversations into orders, with assistance from AI.

Hudhud is a tool. It is not a party to the sale between a merchant and their customer, does not take title to goods, and is not a payment processor or a delivery company.

You must give accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You must be legally able to enter a contract and to operate the business you register.

You must also follow the rules of the messaging platforms you connect, including Meta's WhatsApp Business, Instagram and Messenger policies. Those platforms can restrict or remove your account independently of us.

Hudhud uses AI to draft and, where you enable it, to send replies automatically. AI can produce content that is inaccurate or inappropriate.

You are responsible for messages sent from your business account, including automated ones. We strongly recommend reviewing your automation settings and monitoring conversations.

You should not rely on Hudhud for legal, medical, or financial advice to your customers.

You keep ownership of your business data and your customers' data. We process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are the controller of your customers' personal data. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to message them and for honouring their privacy rights.

You can export your data and can ask us to delete your account and its data.

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period shown at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.

Trials give access to features for a limited period. When a trial ends, access reverts to the free or paid plan then in effect.

We may change pricing. Changes to an existing subscription take effect at the next renewal, and we will give notice beforehand.

We work to keep Hudhud available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages, and platform changes by Meta can all affect availability.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost sales, or lost data.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You may close your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, creates legal risk, or harms other users or the messaging platforms we depend on. Where practical we give notice and a chance to fix the problem first.

We may update these terms. For material changes we will give notice in the application or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Hudhud after that means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
